Machine operator in metalworking (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated metalworking machine operator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise machining of metal components and will work with modern CNC-controlled machines. You will play a key role in ensuring our high quality standards and a smooth production process.
Your responsibilities
- Machining of precision parts: Loading machining machines and equipment, ensuring a continuous supply of materials, identifying and documenting malfunctions
- Machine operation: Operating CNC-controlled machine tools and monitoring ongoing machining processes
- Quality control: Checking the manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface quality in accordance with the specified quality standards.
- Maintenance and upkeep: Carrying out checks on machines and systems to ensure a trouble-free production process.
Your profile
- Completed training as a plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)
- Professional experience in turning, drilling or milling is an advantage
- Technical understanding and a meticulous and precise approach to work
- Commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
